1. Leadership development programme: Builds leadership competencies for three levels of leaders.  Every employee benefits from the first module: Leading Self. Essentially, employees learn how to lead themselves more effectively. The second module: Leading Others enables managers to make the shift to effective team management. The third module: Leading Organization allows senior leaders to benefit from the stretch in scope and accountability at this level to more complex competencies and enterprise thinking.

 

2. Competency assessment for development. Ongoing learning and improvement is important in the development of high-performing individuals and teams. Our online assessment allows you to partner with individuals in your business to plan and own their growth.

3. COACHING - One-on-one and Self-Coaching App.

 

Once the App is downloaded by the individual, we are able to send weekly prompts to the individual to support them in focusing on doing their best to make progress against their goals. Every month, the App sends an overview of progress and uses Artificial Intelligence to provide reflection points and encouragement.
